Before confirming your order
Please read these notes before booking. Confirming an order with Naffakhat means you accept the conditions below.
A booking is confirmed only after the required deposit has been received.
Deposits are non-refundable because materials are purchased and prepared specifically for each event.
Final colours and balloon shades may vary slightly from reference photos due to lighting, availability and screen settings.
Outdoor installations are affected by heat, sunlight, wind, humidity and rain. Naffakhat is not responsible for balloons bursting, fading, shrinking or moving because of weather conditions.
For safety reasons, we may adjust or refuse an outdoor installation if the weather or location is unsuitable.
Once the setup has been completed and approved by the customer or venue, responsibility for the decorations passes to the customer. We are not responsible for damage caused by guests, children, pets, venue staff or other suppliers.
Balloons are delicate products, and their lifespan cannot be guaranteed. Temperature changes, sharp objects, air-conditioning and direct sunlight may affect them.
The customer must provide correct event details, sufficient installation time, easy access, parking and any required venue permission.
Waiting time, difficult access, stairs, delayed venue entry or last-minute location changes may result in additional charges.
Changes requested after confirmation are subject to availability and may require an additional payment.
The customer is responsible for keeping children and pets supervised around balloons, ribbons, weights and installation equipment. Uninflated or broken balloons may present a choking hazard.
Collection and removal are included only when stated in the quotation. Any missing or damaged rented items will be charged to the customer.
Cancellation, postponement or significant changes must be communicated as early as possible. Additional charges may apply depending on materials already purchased and work completed.
By confirming the booking and paying the deposit, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
